What does your posture score mean?
The tool checks how visible body points line up from the side. It can highlight when your ear sits ahead of your shoulder or your shoulder sits ahead of your hip. Your score summarizes these checks for that photo. It measures visible joint alignment, rather than spinal curves, and is not a measure of your health.
How to take a useful posture photo
Stand naturally, facing left or right, with your head and feet visible. Keep the camera level at waist height, wear fitted clothing and relax your arms. Camera angle and point placement affect your results. To compare photos over time, use the same side, camera position and lighting.
